Notes & Files

The Notes & Files button shows throughout the platform and allows you to record any additional notes or upload files against your client. This can be used before, during and after the client signs up.

Troubleshooting

Like many web based applications, it is important that you operate 2Shakes in a single tab in your browser. If multiple tabs are detected when uploading files, you’ll be prompted to continue to the latest bundle opened or to return to the dashboard.
