Strangely enough about 95% of the time this happens, it is because of the time setting on your phone. The way authenticator applications work is tied up with the exact time on your phone.
So, the first thing to do is to go into the settings of your phone. Go into the date and time and make sure that the time is set automatically to internet time.
Try this - if it doesn’t work contact support@2shakes.co.nz and we can investigate it further.

This normally happens when you have password manager software.
In the past you will have saved the password in your password manager. Then at a later date you have reset the password in 2Shakes, but the password manager has the old password.
Each time you try to log in, the password manager overwrites the password with the old one!
To resolve make sure that when you reset your 2Shakes password you also update it in your password manager at the same time.

For an agreement to be considered Completed it must:
Be signed by all signatories
Have ID verification completed
If Identity Verification is outstanding the agreement will stay in a status of pending.
If you have selected to do Manual IDV you will need to select the tickbox to confirm it has been done.
If you have selected Biometric or electronic then you may need to remind your client to complete this.
If the Biometric or Electric Identity checks have failed to verify then you will need to manually confirm the verification.
